Attention all ladies over age 18 and out of high school, we invite you to join us for a special 2-night ladies-only retreat at a retreat center on 250 acres in the beautiful East TN foothills this fall!

October 17-19, 2024

Located about 2 hours away, the retreat center will be your place to enjoy time together with other women. Invite your friends to join you for this special limited-space event.

We have the whole retreat center reserved for Women of Joy. There are 124 spots available for rooms. When you register, you will get to pick your room preferences. Choose from treehouse bunk beds or cottages. No matter what room style you select, get ready to enjoy the adventure with your friends!

Make yourself cozy in a cottage like experience with bigger beds and kitchen space.

  • 60 total spots available

  • 3 bedroom cottage (each with 2 queen size beds)

  • If choosing cottage, you may choose 1-3 roommate requests.*

  • 3 baths - please bring toiletries.

  • Living room and Kitchenette.

*This does not guarantee the roommate requests will be granted. While every effort will be made to accommodate roommate requests, there may be circumstances where we cannot fulfill.

$100 Deposit due by April 28
Remaining balance due August 15
 
Pastor Jim wanted this to be affordable for anyone wanting to attend, and so we have been blessed with funds to minimize the price.  Praise the Lord!
 
Total Retreat cost: We have two room options for the prices of $183 and $233. Your $100 down payment will go directly towards the room retreat price.  This amount is all inclusive of 5 meals, snacks, etc., and all site activities!
 

What else to expect

What else to expect:

  • Carpooling/ caravanning will be an option

  • Some areas and activities at our retreat facility may be challenging or inaccessible for individuals with mobility issues.

  • Please note our retreat is a non-smoking environment. We kindly ask all participants to refrain from smoking while on the premises. Thank you!

  • Please note, No pets allowed.

  • To ensure you stay hydrated and energized throughout the day, please remember to bring a refillable water bottle or bottled waters.

11:30 (CST) - Meet at Joy Church for carpools and caravans
12:00 (CST) - Carpools and caravans leave for retreat
3:00-5:00 PM (EST) - Retreat Check-In Times
6:00 (EST) Dinner
7:00 (EST) Evening Session
 
Saturday October 19th 2024
11:00 AM (EST) - Checkout and carpools/caravans travel back to church.
